Train-the-Trainer
Our Train-the-Trainer program is a great way to combine our expertise with your staff to provide a quality learning experience to your company.
A typical format for a Train-the-Trainer program might be as follows:
- We interview your staff
and key players to determine the content to be delivered. We have done this for a long time and are very good at very quickly gathering the pertinent information to create a personalized program for your
company.
- We create the program. This includes content, workbooks, leaders guide, exercises, visuals, etc.
- We send this to the trainers
selected to be certified beforehand, so they may study and be familiar with the material. (You may select as many trainers as you desire to be certified. The Train-the-Trainer experience takes no more time for 5 than for 2)
- We deliver the program to a select pilot group from your company, usually on a Monday/Tuesday. This pilot group includes the trainers to be certified. At the end of each day, we circle the wagons with the trainers to dissect the day – how things work, why they work, and best practices as to delivery.
- That pilot program is the beginning of the Train-the-Trainer experience. By the end of the week, a core group has already been through the program (saving you money) and your trainers are certified. They have experienced the program from a participant’s point of view – they have studied the program, received instructions and coaching on delivery from the author, they have professional materials in-hand for the delivery of the program (including a facilitator’s workbook, participants workbook, visuals, exercises, etc. Negotiation Resources provides masters of all materials to be reproduced with no restrictions for use within your organization) and access to me for an extended period of time for implementation of the project.
At that point, the program would be licensed to your organization on a yearly basis.
