The formal part of the program begins with a two-day, in-depth, hands-on training in business negotiating.This is followed by 30 days in the business world, during which executives keep logs of their negotiation, analyze their strengths and weaknesses.

Throughout the process participants have full access to Bob Gibson by phone, fax & e-mail for help in implementation.

The 30 day “in the field” session is followed by a one-day follow-up for review, discussion, more practice, and graduation.
